Order of Events per Elfrena

Program 

7:30ish – Jim Leet welcomes everyone.  Talks about his desire to have a party like this for Rotarians to celebrate 
together.  Welcomes District Governor.  Announces Barbara Clegg our staff member and her husband who are 
Celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary with us this evening. (Everyone claps).  We have a small gift to give you both and Elfrena will deliver it to your table.   (They don’t want to come up to the front)

7:32ish – Introduces John Frisch as the comedic entertainer and auctioneer for the night.

7:32-7:42ish – John does his bit.

7:42ish – Starts Auction.  Calls up Elfrena Foord who will talk about the beneficiary, Sierra Forever Families.

7:44 ish - Calls up Bruce Hester who will be describing the 5 auction items.  John conducts the auction.
3 people with 

  Pom poms will spot the bidders and get John’s attention.

(List of auction items are on the table. Elfrena and LaToya will be recording the winners. 
For the Bocce Ball and Dive Bar items, John will ask people to raise their hands and hold up the number of fingers for the tickets they want.  John and Elfrena will work together to recognize the winners. Bocce –only 16. Dive Bar-only 35.

Here are the 5 auction items:

• 2 bedroom ocean view condo in Baja Peninsula, Mexico.  6 nights, 7 days. Mexico, donated by Tim Pinkney. Starting bid - $1,000. 
• Bocce Ball Tournament, Saturday or Sunday  May 16th or 17th, 3:30pm. Includes cocktails and heavy appetizers.  $150 per person. 16 spaces available at $150 per person.  Donated by Norm and Francy Marshall at their home. 
• 2 bedroom golf course cottage in Princeville Kauai for 7 nights, donated by Elfrena Foord and Bruce Hester.  Starting bid –$1000.
• April 17th – Tickets for the Tax Freedom Day Dive Bar Trip.  $199 per seat on the Bus. 6 of the best Dive Bars in Town.  
• An Olive Oil Tasting party with wine and dinner for 8 people.   Comes with Olive Oil and Popeye facilitating your tasting and dining experience. Donated by Elfrena Foord and Bruce Hester.  Starting Bid - $600. 

John does Fund a Need – start at $1,000.  At end, thanks everyone for their generosity.
